Bridging Loans
Bridging loans can be used for a variety of reasons:
-
You may need to purchase one property before the completion of a sale of another
-
You meed to fund the purchase of a property abroad
-
You need to fund the purchase of a 'defective' property but repairs have yet to be carried out
-
You do not want to lose the purchase of a new property (auction sales etc)
Bridging finance is usually put in place for periods of between 2-12 months.
